The true value of any insurance plan is whether it will pay out when a claim is made. 

 

The Society is therefore pleased to announce its claims paid statistics as below:

 

• 96.33% of all claims paid in 2021 - over £608,000 paid out in claims benefit to members
• 96.79% of all claims paid 2019-2021 inclusive

 

The reasons for not accepting claims included declines under standard policy terms and conditions.
