Elf Day for Alzheimer's

Society staff decided to use the fun of the festive season and put it to a good use by fundraising for charity. The chosen charity was the Alzheimer’s Society.

Elf Day

Chief Elf, Lucy Gregory set about busying the team getting them into the spirit of things with a bit of dressing up as you can see in the photo, and co-ordinated the fun on the day. The Elves had been busy baking before the day and let’s just say there was a lot of eating done throughout the day, though this was important to keep the workers energy up. Fun was had by all with the Elf bingo being a particular highlight!

On a serious note, the Society raised £124.00 on the day from the staff, making a fundraising amount for the year from other activities totalling £361.00.

The staff have agreed to make this fundraising a quarterly event in 2019, and as the dressing up went down so well we now just need to agree on the themes…watch out for the next photos!
